1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the GoGirl mobile application, gogirlmaps.com, and GoGirl web purchase and subscription experiences (together, the “Service”) provided by Retry Apps Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Retry Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The GoGirl service

GoGirl is an iPhone navigation application offering customizable map styles, selectable navigation voices, ad-free use for subscribers, and navigation on supported Apple CarPlay displays. GoGirl requires a compatible device, internet access for some features, and a compatible vehicle or display for CarPlay.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it. GoGirl and its related intellectual property remain owned by Retry Apps or its licensors.

3. Web purchases and Paddle

Web purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. For those transactions, you purchase from Paddle and your transaction is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

The price, currency, billing period, included features, applicable taxes, and any trial or introductory terms are displayed before you authorize payment. Paddle processes payment information, issues transaction documentation, administers applicable taxes, and may perform fraud and compliance checks.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period at the price displayed at checkout until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method on file for the initial term and each renewal, including applicable taxes.

If a verified trial or introductory offer is displayed at checkout, it converts to the recurring price and period shown at checkout unless canceled before the offer ends.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a web subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal using the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email or by visiting Paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access continues until then, and no later renewal payments will be taken. Deleting GoGirl or your account does not cancel a subscription.

6. Refunds

GoGirl web subscription charges are covered by our 14-day Refund Policy. A full refund will be issued when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date through Paddle. Paddle’s Refund Policy also applies to Paddle-processed transactions.

7. App Store purchases

Purchases made through Apple’s App Store are processed by Apple. Their payment, subscription-management, cancellation, and refund procedures apply to those transactions.

8. Availability and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, account security, and lawful use of the Service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Navigation information should be used with appropriate attention to road conditions, posted signs, and applicable laws.

9. Changes to prices or terms

We may change prices, plans, features, or these Terms. Changes affecting an existing subscription apply only after any notice or consent required by law or the payment provider. You may cancel before a new subscription price takes effect.
